Solution
Streaming is CPU and RAM dependent, so that's where you need good resources.

You'd probably have better luck recording and then uploading finished gameplay.

OR build a pc to do the streaming for you:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i3-3240 3.4GHz Dual-Core Processor ($117.97 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock B75M-DGS R2.0 Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($58.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Kingston HyperX Blu 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($79.99 @ Best Buy)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($48.98 @ OutletPC)
Case: HEC Enterprise MicroATX Mid Tower Case...
Pretty much everything to be completely honest. Heres what I was thinking.

The GPU while not the best in the world, its fine comparatively speaking.

The CPU really needs an upgrade though. Seriously, it would make a huge difference. Though if you upgrade the CPU to anything more recent it would likely require you to buy a new mobo and very possibly new ram. But if that is a prebuilt (say dell or Gateway etc, IE not homebuilt) then you would also need a new copy of windows as prebuilt windows is tied to that specific motherboard.

Also since I feel like I should mention it, we don't get any kickbacks or anything for making people spend money :/

i know minecraft only uses one core, but idk about LoL. Generally extra cores help with the stream, because main cores run the game and the 'side' core handle the stream. you are only dealing with 2 cores total, and not too strong of cores really.

the next issue is the GPU, its on the weaker side. meant more for high definition video than gaming really. Gaming will be a struggle enough with that GPU, streaming it wont do the performance any justice.

really you can only know by trying. look into some free software before you invest money

I hope this isn't to off topic but. I'm not sure if that minecraft only using 1 core thing is true. I know it was in the past but with the change to the way singleplayer and servers essentially got merged, along with the changes that made things much more threaded, such as chunk loading and mods like optifine it would be rather odd for it to be only single core still.

Don't get me wrong, not saying you are wrong. Just saying it would extremely stupid for it to still in this day and age to be single core locked.

that would make sense, ive never played minecraft lol . either way im sure its still pretty lightly threaded for the most part.
