So I just got a new case, the NZXT phantom 410. I moved all my parts from my old case to my new one and whenever I start my computer it runs for 1 second turns off then back on and bak on again and gives 4 short beeps. Nothing was changed from my old computer except for the case.

when the computer starts (when you would hit F2 or Delete or whatever you do to enter the BIOS) what does it say?
ill say right now its either the GPU like i7Baby said, or it could be a RAM problem, either on the RAM itself or on the CPU IMC.
beep codes are usually tied to the motherboard/BIOS. we need to know if its like American Megatrends or ASUS, ACER. just tell us the motherboard model. they all have their own beep codes list to identify problems

http://www.bioscentral.com/beepcodes/amibeep.htm

this website should be very helpful. the link is for American Megatrends, which is pretty popular for BIOS. off to the left youll see the other possible BIOS post codes.

Yeah, for some reason I had to change the position of my memory sticks and it worked perfectly fine after that.
