Gtx 780 GHz, Classified or Lightning?

I am getting a new gpu and I don't know which one to get. I was originally planning on getting the Gigabyte GHz edition 780, but now the Classified and Lightning editions are very similarly priced and I want to know which is the "best buy".

i have the 780 ghz and it boosts to 1200/7000 in games with a small overclock and 1.2v with standard fan profile it does not go above 73 deg and custom fans at 60 deg 90% 70 100% does not go above 62 deg. performance is great no bios mod needed for overclocking just use guru II or precision. I would buy it again the only thing im concerned about is vram limits with 3gb. witch makes me think i should have held off and got a 6gb classy with an atx as it is now at 1440p in bf4 at ultra im hitting 2300 and 2700 mb. watchdogs will exceed this and so will other future titles
