*Usually* cases come with 2 fans.
I don't know about antec psus, but perhaps someone better than me does. It's always good to buy a trusted brand with the psu, because bad psus can damage components. However, my knowledge of good psu brands is both limited and outdated, so perhaps that might work fine I don't know.

Also, why not get this card?

Its $100 cheaper, and the only difference is the 2gb vram
Now the main point of a graphics card is its speed, and the vram is mainly useful for when you have very high resolutions. I don't know what monitor you're running, but if it's 1080p i'd save the money.

At the moment i will be using a old 1080p monitor but in the future( 3- 6 months) i plan on getting 1440p 120hz monitor and using it with the 1080p monitor in a dual display. If anyone can recommened a good 1440p monitor that would be great

I suggest that if you get many monitors you make them all the same. Wait a bit and get 2 1440p monitors.
Also, it's your call. At 1440p, the 4gb could help but the 2gb might be fine depending on what settings and games you like
