i have a nvidia geforce 210 that need 30W for max load.the probleme is that i cant buy a new PSU and the only best GPU that i can buy is AMD R7 250.i want to replace the geforce 210 with AMD club3d R7 250 i search on the internet and i found that the max Consumption of power is 65W and in this site http://www.club-3d.com/isotope/c/cgax-r7252web-bc5f0b0b.pdf i found that the Consumption Maximum load is 48W.so i want to know if the AMD r7 250 1GB gddr5 will work for me.
my PSU specs:
+3.3V = 20.0A
+5V = 20.0A
+12V1 = 16.0A
+12V2 = 16.0A
my pc specs: ( my PC compesent are old i bought it since 2009 and i didnt made any upgrade only for the graphic card so i think the compesent will not take much power )
+ x2 HDD the first one is 255 GB and the other one is 209 GB
+ 2X ram each one is 2GB ddr2 so i have 4GB
+ motherboard asrock G31M-S
+ CPU : intel core 2 quad Q8300 2.5GHZ
+ GPU : nvidia geforce 210 ( i want to replace it)
+ DVD/CD drive
+ i always use a 2 USB for the mouse and the keyboard
so my question is will i be able to use the AMD R7 250 because i heard that 400W is recommanded so is my 350W enough ? if not then what will happend if i try to use it ?

that's what an entire system will need on average with that particular card in it, and that's considering you'll want a power supply with about 50W more than you'll actually need so you have a good buffer. An R7 250 should use less than 150W, unless you're overclocking it to death (which is pointless with a cheap card like that)

Normally you would need the 400W power supply to make sure your whole system has enough power, but yours is so low end that you should be fine with 350W

Yeah, the card will work for your system just fine, but you should upgrade your CPU and RAM if you want to get some more performance from your system, try an i5 and 1600/1866 MHz DDR3.
