My front two fants wont turn, but they light up, and my top two fans on my H100i spin erratically. My rear fan works like a champ. Corsair link isn't helping me so I don't know what else to do.

In bios fan controller it wont detect fan 2 but it detects fan 1 and 3, i set low rpm to 300 to see if that worked it didn't. I also switched the fans around, so the 3 pin connections work all 4 of them and the 2 on my corsair link, but the same two front fans wont spin.
This is my first time build.

You have two types of fans.

Look at the end of the fan that connects to your mobo.

Now if it has three wires then in some cases it may.

1.Spin at a low fixed speed.

2. Not work at all if connected to a fan header of the board, because the board requires a four wire fan connected to it.

A three wired fan, by default on newer boards refuse to work as the fourth pin is the polling pin used to monitor the rpm and send a PWM signal to the fan to ramp up the rpm.

Fans with three wires in most cases need to be attached to the Psu 12v power supply feed no the board.

Where as four pin can be attached to the mobo headers that have four wires to use with power with modulation, in other words the fan can spin at different rpm speeds and not fixed.

As said a four wired fan allows the board to monitor the rpm. and the fan should be a pwm type. it will simply not power or read the fan speed if of the three wire type as they are not Pwm fans.
If of 120mm or 80mm in size in some cases.
The fourth wire needs to be there to activate pwm mode of the motherboard.

I've got my front two fans connected to the H100i on 1 y cable, and on the other y cable I have the two radiator fans. You're allowed to connect up to 4 fans on it.

I only have 4 fan connections on my maximus VI hero and I have 6 fans

Ok I fiddled with it, the right cable on my corsair link doesnt work. I tried the stock fan connected to it. Then I plugged in the front two fans in it, same thing. I plugged a stock fan into the mobo. Fan is 3 pin, works on the 4 pin no problem. Plugged the LED fan back onto the mobo, lights up, no spin

I could just not use right side Y cable for the fans, but that leaves me with a problem that I'm still missing a fan port for the 2nd fan.

The PSU i have is the RM750

I just sent an email to Corsair last telling them whats up. I also have an LED problem. The Corsair logo lights up on startup but not while its running. The link software doesn't even display the LED, Nor does my computer recognize the H100i.

This is my build

It's just so weird though how it just wails with my LED and the h100i stock fans, but the c70 case fans are a quiet wail. The 1 end of the cable is bearable, the other it wont even work anymore :S

Once I get all this sorted out I need to figure out why my cpu goes unstable over 4.2 ghz
