Suggestion for motherboard

As the title says I need a suggestion. I'm gonna use a 4770k cpu and I'm going to oc it. As far as I've read msi motherboards have somewhat a hickup when coming to realiability in some cases? Is this true? Just asking since it was my first choice. And now I'm looking at asus maximus VI hero, gigabyte z87 oc and gigabyte ud4h. Any ups and downs for these motherboards compared to each other? Or maybe you could suggest some other mobos for me? :) Thankyou in advance.

ASUS maximus VI hero is our favor because it can oc and better benchmark scores, but you will pay for it. I add the reviews, in the games they will be same. So it depends on what you want because it is always you gain something then you will loss something. If the $$ is not the issue get the hero, otherwise get the oc version.
