Wich graphic card is better?

I'm not really good with computer stuff, but i wanna know wich grahic card is better, since i'm building my own computer for gaming; these are the names:
MSI GTX 760 TwinFrozer IV 2GD5.
XFX Radeon HD 5870 1GB GDDR5.
I hope i left enough information on them, and the names makes sense.

The simple answer is the GTX 760 by a large margin.

the 760 is literally double the power of hte 5870... it's not even close.

760 by a large amount. 5870 is to old, and uses quite a bit of power using almost 200 watts.
