Hello. I asked this before and got mixed results. I'm building a new PC and I've narrowed it down to the Radeon R7 260X, but I'm not sure what brand to get. Asus vs. MSI vs. Sapphire

The differences I found were the core clock speed was:
Asus at 1188, MSI at 1175 & Sapphire at 1150 MHZ. (I don't know what that means)

The Memory speed was also different:
Asus at 7000, Sapphire at 6600 & MSI at 6500 MHZ. (I don't know what that means ether)

Price for the three: Asus at $140, Sapphire at $145 & MSI at $146

Asus came out ontop 3 times times and has two fans. Maybe this is the best?

Asus also says PCI Express 3.0 x16 vs PCI Express 3.0 of the other two. (I know what this means, but don't know if its a good thing or bad)

I am running a AMD FX-8350 for the CPU, Corsair 750W for the PSU, APEVIA X-Hermes for the Case and MSI 970A-G46 for the Motherboard.

What GPU would:

1) Fit my build
2) Crossfire
3) 3 Monitor support
4) Best for Gaming like COD and Minecraft
5) Best for keeping Cool
6) Best for Mining
7) Quiet but powerful

I'm thinking ASUS but not sure. Thanks for your help.

well, for you an amd card is best, and if you are sure about the 260x then get the asus one, but what is your gpu budget?

What do you mean an AMD card if best? Isn't the Radeon R7-260X a AMD card? I don't really wanna pay more than $150 for the GPU.

yes, it is an amd card, and i meant that an amd card is best because you want to mine bitcoins or dogcoins or something. yes, i would get that 260x by asus.

All three are good brands. I prefer Sapphire and being the best. Asus and MSI are right behind.
The Asus is clock slightly higher and cheaper, so I would suggest that one.

All three are compatible with you build.

Nothing less than a 280x is worth getting if your wanting to mine, and even that is questionable with the cost of electricity.

I don't pay for the electricity actually and I plan to do cross fire with the Asus R7 260X.

skip the r7 260x crossfire and jump to a single gpu amd card, the r9 290x can be had for $350 used
