I got a H80i for Christmas last year. I installed it exactly like it should be installed, and didn't have any problems with it. When I first installed it my temps were 36C under load, I was amazed by this because before liquid cooling I was in the high 50s. Now for some reason my H80i isn't cooling like it use to, I just blew all the dust out of it and no change, It idles in the high 20s and under load it climbs so high my temperature fail safe kicks in and shuts my computer off. anyone have any suggestions on what to do to fix this?

The radiator is in my case and I have it set up as push pull out of the back, the heat doesn't linger and even still I didn't have a problem day one with it. Room temp is around 75 F which is only about 5 degrees warmer than when I first installed it, nothing to justify my problem.

you blew the dust out of your fans... or cleaned the actual radiator? the radiator could be caked full of dust if you dont have dust filters on your case.

i'd remove the whole unit, properly clean the fans and rad, clean off the thermal paste on the CPU and the heatsink, then put on some new paste and remount

It's a closed loop system that's only 5 months old, I shouldn't have to tear it apart to clean it.

I thoroughly blew out the fans and radiator, there is no dust to be found in my case. I was thinking it might have something to do with the factory paste, I just used that I didn't go with anything fancy.
