This has recently just started. If i go on my library to access pictures when I double click for it to upload this error pops up: invalid value for registry. All of my apps are showing as been on laptop, however if I click on them it doesn't do anything. I am clueless as to why this has suddenly happened.
i cannot access most of my apps including taking pictures and viewing them.

Do you have windows 8?If it is that problem then either do a system restore or install free window registry repair and then do a full scan and click on fix errors
