PC build issues- OS keeps crashing

Hey guys I just built my first PC. Although everything seems to be in the right place and I can access the BIOS correctly It keeps crashing during and after my installation of windows 8.1. Any help troubleshooting would be amazing. Thanks

I'm running :
I7 4770k
EVGA GTX 760
GA-Z87X-HD3 motherboard
8 GB ripjaw for ram
A CM sideon CPU cooler
And a CM V650 PSU

Alright so it kept crashing whenever i try and go online or use the network card, so I pulled it out and tried to run it and hey presto the thing works fine. It didn't give me any error codes but I'm guessing either the network card wasn't seated properly or Its the wrong connector. Everything else works fine. All parts are new. I also re did all the connectors when I tried to clean up my wiring. I'm installing the OS on a Samsung evo SSD.
