Hey,
My friend had a amd hd 4870 x2 that he didn't used and he gave it to me and i have a gt 440 1gb (ddr3) and i think that hd 4870 x2 is bether so im installing it...
The problem is that the gpu has 2 ways of connecting the power supply and i dont know what shall i do... shall i conect the power supply to the 8 pin? or to the 6 pin only? or both?
I did some testing and if let it on the 8 pin it shows 1 red led ON, and the pc dosent start
if i insert it to the 6 pin it starts but it lets 2 leds red On
Is it normal? let 2 leds on?

What shall i do?
Sry for bad Inglish.

The card is a power hungry older model.
You need both a 6 and a 8 pin connector.
You should have about 650w to run the card.

Your motherboard manual should have the debug codes.

You first said 65.
That would indicate graphics card. Is it inserted securely?
What psu do you have?
A cheap psu may not deliver advertised power.

Correction: The error is B2 not 62!

Make sure all your other connections are snug. You might have pulled out the CPU power causing a B2.
