So here is the story : I have recently been trying to overclock my GPU, and I noticed that my score in multiple benchmarks (Valley, 3D Mark) haven't increased at all with an overclock. I then looked at my GPU core clock speed through GPU-Z and I noticed that it is running constantly at 901 Mhz, instead of the stock 1044 Mhz. During my benchmarks, my GPU runs at 99% load and 67 C. My exact graphics card model is the EVGA GTX 660 Superclocked. My CPU is a 3rd generation Intel i5-3570 running at stock speeds. My power supply is a Corsair CX600 Bronze rated. Any help would be great! Down below will be some links to graphs from MSI Afterburner. Thanks again.

Both pictures seem to suggest the card is being quite heavily throttled down by the power limit. The power is at 105%, and colored red in the first one, and is lurking at about 106% in the second one. Try increasing the power limit up to 110% in afterburner, and then re run MSI Kombuster. Let me know if you see a higher core clock.

It's not crazy uncommon to get a lower core clock in extremely taxing benchmarks. It's not something that's as much of a problem in real world (i.e. gaming) scenarios thankfully.

That generally happens when you OC too far. It will default into sort of a "safe mode" and get stuck at that clock speed. I have seen this behavior on many gpu's before, both AMD and Nvidia. To fix you just reset defaults and reboot, it should start working normally again, and then you can try the OC over.
