Will this card be able to run with 3 24 inch monitors and still get good frames? Also, could I pair it with a XFX Radeon HD 7850?

Solution
No way. Gaming there is no possible way this will run smoothly.
Also, if it did work in CF, which is possible, I'm not sure if even then it will be enough performance to power three 24" screens on 1080p.

Here's something you should be looking for to run 3 24" monitors, and even to get settings at Ultra/High, you will atleast need to run it on SLI or get the next best thing.

No, probably Low settings at like 25FPS it would look horrible. I'm not sure if you even can but if you did pair it with a HD 7850 you would still get poor performance. If you want to game well on 3 Monitors you would need a GTX 780 / R9 290 absolute MINIMUM for decent medium settings gaming with a constant smooth frame rate.

* You will need to run this card on an SLI setup too. (so 2 cards.)
Depending on what you're playing, you might need this card with SLI to run some games. (BF4, Crysis 3, etc.)
