Hiya,

I'm on the process of building a NZXT H440 build.

It'll include a Corsair H65 with push-pull (SP & AF 120 fan(s))

How should I mount the other 2 AF 120s at the top?

CPU isn't getting OC

I haven't opened the case yet so not sure what the front 3 fans are set up as but what you're saying is?

H65 (rear in push-pull)
Top fans taking air out of the case
Front 3 bringing air in?

If you will not be overclocking, send back the H65.
Your cpu will be adequately cooled even with the stock cooler.
At most, use a cm hyper212 with a slow turning 120mm fan to keep the noise down under load.

I would just use two 120mm or 140mm intake fans in front and leave the rest off.
That will give you a positive pressure case, and if the front fans are filtered, a much cleaner case.

Yep that is pretty much exactly what I was saying. Why a H65 push/pull with no OC though?

The reason I'm set on having it is because I plan to re-use it (plus the look because ocd) and rather than spend another 5000 bucks on another cooler, I can always have this in a future build. I don't plan to change out the front fans, so they'll stay the same.

You buy a liquid cooler to be able to extract an extra multiplier or two out of your OC.
How much do you really need?
I do not much like all in one liquid coolers when a good air cooler like a Noctua NH-D14 or phanteks can do the job just as well.
A liquid cooler will be expensive, noisy, less reliable, and will not cool any better
in a well ventilated case.
Liquid cooling is really air cooling, it just puts the heat exchange in a different place.
The orientation of the radiator will cause a problem.
If you orient it to take in cool air from the outside, you will cool the cpu better, but the hot air then circulates inside the case heating up the graphics card and motherboard.
If you orient it to exhaust(which I think is better) , then your cpu cooling will be less effective because it uses pre heated case air.
And... I have read too many tales of woe when a liquid cooler leaks.
google "H100 leak"

I was considering air cooling, however I'm so hooked on the look of things and couldn't find a red or red/black cooler that I could find a review that was good. Any suggestions

If I did go air cooling, I'd have 4 AF 120 and a SP 120 sitting around to use along with the 3 front fans which I don't want to swap out. What would be your suggestion and config options? Thanks for the help :) It's my first build (probably obvious)

I'm from Australia so it's hard to find them coolers, so with postage it'll probably cost just as much. I'm really stuck on what to do.

The only redish fans I can really get are:
Thermaltake NiC C5 CPU Cooler
Thermaltake NiC F3 CPU Cooler
Thermaltake NiC F4 CPU Cooler

Would you recommend any of these?

Also I already have 4 AF 120 fans but will buy SP 120 if recommended. Would I need any y adapters if I went with an air cooler. H87 performance mobo

So I'm considering the CoolerMaster Hyper 212X or the Thermaltake NiC F3 CPU Cooler

I read good things about the 212 and about the NiC F3, however with the NiC I read that it's better to have 2 fans.

I'd like to have two fans on whatever I choose anyways. What would be the best option?

I have 4 AF120s I want to use. How would I go about it? Keeping in mind the fan headers on an h87 performance edition fatal1ty.
