That's a good price, but you are taking a risk buying a used system so remember that.
You would probably want to change that Power Supply and upgrade the RAM to 8GB though.

Also, the processor might need an upgrade in the near-future.

Did that guy lay his GPU and RAM on carpet to take the pictures? It's hard for me to tell in the pictures, but that's how it looks to me. If that's the case, it would seem he's a little careless with his components and could be a risky buy.

Also keep in mind the seller is likely going to keep his license for windows 7, so you'll have to buy that as well. couple in the fact that many of the components may not be under warranty, your better off getting brand new stuff. Ask about the monitor though, those rarely break.
