Wok | GAme 1 or 2 OS?

I have 2 SSD (and 5 HDD) , 32 GB RAM, Win 8.1

ASRock 990fx killer mobo
AMD 8350
2xGeforce GTX 550Ti 2GB

What the best?

1. Make 2 OS Win8.1 on different SSD , one for Work proceeding (DocFlow, Audio\Photo edtiting etc) and other for games.

2. Make 2 OS - one on SSD as standard for Working, and RAM DISK 20GB for Gaming

3. Make one OS Disk and install all stuff there

????

Have a lot of program abou 100 and 20 -30 Games, Like BF4, Diablo, WoW, CS etc

1 SSD, and everything on it. If it is large enough. Games can take quite a lot of space.

But there is no reason for two different OS's. The existence of the games makes zero performance difference.

Option 3.

No need to do dual-OS if you have one O.S. It won't change its performance.

Just install the O.S in 1 SSD then partition the other HDDs for organizing your stuff.

My experience says the more programs on Win system - the longer boot and slowly performance. Cause: a lot of system`s garbage and residential files exist. :-\

How often Windows reread register while working? Or how often refresh desktop? And what about .dll library where program put together their code....

The OS is reading and writing to the Registry constantly.
Microsoft has an application - ProcessMonitor. In addition to Processes, it also can show Registry activity.

I just turned it on, and in a 5 minute timespan, there were 400,000+ read/write actions to the Registry.

No. There is no 'rescan'. That's just what Windows does.
