OK, because of financial problem I need to downgrade from a 4670k to a FX-8350

this will be my new build :

AMD FX-8350 (I think I will overclock soon)
Zotac GTX 760 AMP! Edition
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
Seasonic M12II-520 EVO 520W
Gskill Ripjaws X 8GB
WD 500GB Blue

I got 4 questions

1st. Will FX-8350 be good when it comes down to single-threaded apps ? will my pentium be better ?

2nd. I will get a Corsair h80i to overclock in the near future, now I am worried about my PSU and mobo, Will they let me overclock my CPU to about 4.4 GHz ?

3rd. Will this play games ultra or max out ? BF4, Watch_Dogs, Crysis 3, and many more ?

4th. Willl this rig last about 4 years ? in this coming 2016 I am planning to upgrade my GTX 760 and PSU, to match my FX 8350, I will upgrade my FX.... maybe after 4-5 years.

THX in advance

My resolution : 1024 x 768 flat-screen VGA

unfortunately I am from philippines and I can't find any site that sells internationally.

I buy from our local store, anyway there is no stock of this mobo, how about this : ASRock 970 Extreme4 ?

EDIT :

OK it seems it have a 4 + 1 power phase,

How about this : I downgrade to a FX-8320 and buy a Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 (rev. 4.0) ?

Yes you can get a gigabyte ga-970a-ud3p for better oc, but i can guarantee u one thing if you play on 1024x768 you rig is pretty much ok for ultra resolution !!!!!

Cause my current setup is:
AMD FX-6300
GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P
CORSAIR VENGEANCE 4GB 1600Mhz
SAPPHIRE RADEON HD 6670 1GB GDDR5
SEAGATE 160GB
CORSAIR CX-500 80PLUS
COOLER MASTER N300-KKN2

...and i played battlefield4, crysis3, thief, arkham origins all in ultra textures (with mid anti-aliasing) at about 30 fps in my HP L1506 flat screen vga monitor at 1024x768 resolution

You know what, I estimated the total price if I buy the i5 4570 and it seems that the only difference is around 20$ so it came down.

WHICH IS BETTER AT GAMING ?

I am worried about the performance of i5 4570

oh yeah I will pair it with a MSI b85-gaming mobo

Yes most of the time. The 4570 is almost 50% stronger in single core performance compared to a stock FX8350.
The 4570 is still almost 30% stronger in single core performance compared to a stock FX 9370 which is the same as overclocking a FX8350 to 4.7ghz.
The 4570 is still about 20% stronger in single core performance than the 5.0ghz FX 9590.

Most games do not take advantage of the FX's 8 cores so any game that uses 4 cores or less, gets stomped pretty hard by the i5.

Single core passmark scores

4570 - 2068
9590 - 1736
9370 - 1634
8350 - 1525

But thats older games, I am looking at the future, we don't know when will games be optimized for 5+ cores, maybe next year or so ? thats when I am starting to doubt the 4570, and having a locked multiplier. so will it run good ?

Ok then, i will go with a i5 4570 and a MSI B85-GAMING mobo pairing it with a GTX 760,

OR

I could sacrifice my GPU, downgrading it to a R9 270x and placing the extra money on corsair sp120, what do you prefer ?

sacrifice or not.
