Do i really need aftermarket cooler.?

If you never plan on overclocking that processor and you don't mind a little more noise when the CPU heats up and the fan speeds up, you can live with the stock cooler. It is designed to handle the 125W TDP processor and then some.

But if you ever think you may want to OC the FX-8350, you will have to get one.

If you DO plan to OC, then yes, get an aftermarket cooler. The 212X is pretty good for an air cooler.
That cooler is 6.2" tall. Measure inside your case from the motherboard surface to where the side panel would lay. Subtract 5/16" from that for the height the CPU surface sits above the board. That will tell you if you have enough height.
