best graphics cards for my i3-3240

Hello guys,

i have another case, after building amd fx-8320, now i wanna build another pc with low budget
i already bougt :
- core i3 ~ 3240
- MSI B75A-G43 Gaming
- Corsair venge LP 8gb (2x4) pc 12800 ~ black
- TT Frio CPU fan
- seasonic 620Watt non modular
- WDC black 1 Tb

i just wondering does it bottlenecked with amd GPU? such as xfx 7850, because my friend wanna sell it,
i never used amd gpu before, i always use nvdia such as 560ti, 650ti and 660

i wont OC my friend 7850, just ordinary use for playing BF4, does it strong enough to play it? because when i use gtx 560ti its quite good but power consumption kills me.
i heard from some forums, amd GPU will works great on amd CPU only

GTX 760? price overkill
