Recently, my PC started to slow down, but games stay at a play-able level or about 30 FPS (and I'm used to 60 FPS). I used to have games running at 60 FPS max settings no problems. Some games did not lag at all, but most of the games I play lag. The most notifiable example is Max Payne 3 and Sniper Elite V2. Max Payne 3 was running fine 60 FPS max settings, and after I changed my setting on my PC to play a couple old games, it ran way slower, but Sniper Elite V2 always stayed at the 60 FPS mark for some reason. Some games lagged and some games didn't. The lag started after I changed my settings when I got Sleeping dogs, which didn't work, and that's why I changed the setting in the first place. I tried many times searching on Google, but nothing short of this came out. Please answer, cause I really want to play Watch_Dogs lag free.
A good amount of Ram, but games lag anyway.
