Hello everybody, Yesterday I turn my computer on and there was no sound, the speaker icon had a red X with it and it said No audio output device is installed ,So I think it was drivers problem so I went to the device manager, Check sound and Strangely The Realtek HD audio was not there, usually it was there, so i reinstall my windows 3 times , And it didn't work at all, so i go to the Bios, And in the integrated peripherals, i only see the azalia codec (which is audio thingy right?)... SO this is my problem and i hope you guys could give me an answer fast!

Here's my computer spec
Intel Pentium dual core e6500k
2gb of ram
gigabyte G31m-es2l motherboard

Download the audio driver for the integrated sound chip from Gigabyte website. Download page for your model is here:
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3485#dl

If driver does not fix the problem, and there is no Realtek HD device or unknown device (denoted by question mark) in Device Manager, the integrated sound chip may have failed, in which case a PCI sound card will have to be installed.
