Wasn't sure where to put this as i'm not even sure where the problem is but here goes
Build:
Asus x79 deluxe mobo
Core i7 Extreme 4820K cpu (code: BX80633I74820K) with a noctua NH-D14-2011 over it (code: NH-D14-201)
corsair CX750M psu
corsair vengeance pro 16gb ram code: CMY16GX3M2A2133C11
MSI GeForce GTX 760 2GB Twin Frozr Gaming Edition (code: N760 TF 2GD5/OC)
SSD = Samsung 840 EVO 250GB (code: MZ-7TE250BW)

all inside a Corsair Carbide Series 200R Compact ATX Computer Case

Haven't even tried overclocking, put everything together tried standard intel burn test fine, tried very high, fine, tried a furmark test based off user settings, crashed when gpu hit about 70 degree's C. (no bsod type, pure power off everything stops crash, and every crash has been this type)
Tried some lower settings furmark tests and it was hit and miss whether it decided to cut out or not.

Tested RAM with windows memory diagnostic tool, nothing found.

Tried an intel burn test again this time on maximum and took this screeny (http://imgur.com/CmKpRXF) saved, then a couple minutes later another crash.

Nothing is particularly hot, all seems way under guided temperatures and i'm totally at a loss looking for any help.

Solution
All your drivers up to date? And mobo bios? (needs to be for 4820)

Have you tried a cmos/bios reset?

If not stress testing, does it run OK? If so, can you download and run HWInfo and post output (usually 3 screens)?

I'd like to see min and max cpu and psu voltages in particular.

Tried cmos reset and updated to latest bios using the asus EZ flash thing, it's now something like version 701/703 (and it's compatible from 401 or 501). All drivers up to date.

if not stressing it runs totally fine, tried to play elder scrolls online which isn't anywhere near as demanding as the stress tests, 10mins is tops before power off.

It was sat idling for them SS, i'll try another mark test with all the fans force maxed see it makes a difference.

Even with all set to max, crashed. I used occt for the test and with everything maxed my cpu cores stayed sub 40 celsius, it said my motherboard stayed there too but there was a temperature for TIMPIN0 that hit 80 celsius then it switched off, i think that's the problem and it's an overheating auto shut off.

Know how to get this temperate down? because went to 40 degree's over any of my other temps :S
