Could a EVGA 9800GT run Battlefield 4

I'm curious, could a GeForce 9800 GT run Battlefield 4 on low and break 30 FPS?

The minimum for it is a 8800GT. I've seen some videos of people running BF4 pretty decently on a 9800 GT but then I see other videos saying otherwise.

I understand other hardware can affect FPS too but I'm just looking specifically at how well the video card could perform

I've seen some of his videos, but what's throwing me off is he seems to only be playing in servers with very low player count. I was wondering if anyone had an idea of how it may perform in a 64 player server on multiplayer
  3. it'll perform still well, though depending on your internet connection, may be slow.
  4. The CPU tends to matter more in matches with a lot of players, I don't really see why the GPU would fare very differently from low player matches to high player matches.

Ah I see, the processor is a a Celeron G1620 2.7Ghz I think someone said it was enough for it but more opinions wouldn't hurt
  6. You will have a hard time playing with just a dual core CPU and 9800gt.Both are bottleneck for each other.

    That's not what bottleneck means.
