Hello, I would really appreciate your help!
I would like to build a pc within 1000 dollar range to run zbrush4R6
Is it possible to run zbrush4R6 optimally with in 1000 daollar computer?

More about : build zbrush 1000 dollar

Do you intend to use it only for zbrush4R6 or also work, gaming or watching video's?
Because if you only want it to run zbrush4R6 you can make a really inexpensive computer and won't even need to spend a 1000 dollars.

Hi! Thank you for the reply!
It would be nice to be able to play some games too.
But if I could spend less than 1000 dollars and yet be able to use zbrush optimally I would really appreciate if you could tell me components needed for that build.

They really don't recommend much in the way of a pc - http://pixologic.com/zbrush/system/

You should get something easy for $1000 - not including peripherals.

See what has already been put together - Google 'Tom's $1000 build'

and/or have a look at what Tom's put together for $750 - http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/build-your-own-budg...

Hi! Thank you very much for the reply!
I think I am asking a stupid question
Looking at the list you gave me, I see it is using 8 GB RAM, would computer still work fine if I use 16 GB RAM instead of 8 GB? Are the components listed in this list only compatible with 8 GB RAM? I don't know, I am really lost when it comes to building a pc.

I know you want more ram, but keep in mind that 8GB is sufficient for all games atm, you could also upgrade ram later if you want, anyway since you asked for it here is the new build:
PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3HrJd
Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3HrJd/by_merchant/
Benchmarks: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3HrJd/benchmarks/

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($204.99 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($27.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($124.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($141.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($54.43 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 770 2GB TWIN FROZR Video Card ($313.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Case: Zalman Z9 Plus ATX Mid Tower Case ($65.95 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: SeaSonic 620W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($83.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $1018.32
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

The motherboard is about the same as the Gigabyte and is also very good for overclocking the i5 4670K to 4.5Ghz.
