Is the i5-4670 (3.4ghz true quad core) considerably better than the i5-4570 (3.2ghz true quad core)? P.S: they both have the same cache size.

The 4670 is £17 more than the 4570

i5 4670 will be better than i5 4570 but not significantly. If you are looking for gaming build get the 4570 and invest the saved money on a better graphics card.

Here's the comparison btw i5 4670k at stock settings (same as to i5 4670) and i5 4570 in gaming
