Can my computer run Watch Dogs & Battlefield 4 on Ultra settings 1280x720 without AA ?

• 3.3 GHz Intel ® Core ™ i5-4440 quad-core processor (3.3 GHz Turbo)
• Intel ® H87 chipset
• Memory: 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 memory (4 slots, max. 32GB) • 1000 GB hard drive (7200rpm) + 8 GB SSD Cache (up to 4 TB SATA 6 Gb / s)
• 1000 GB hard drive (7200rpm) + 8 GB SSD Cache (up to 4 TB SATA 6 Gb / s)
• ASUS GeForce ® GTX 760 graphics card; 3 GB GDDR5
• Windows 8.1 64bit

So only at minimum to medium settings according to them. But I and others here think its just marketing BS.

I think it's marketing BS as well. it told me I couldn't run Saints Row 3 maxed out, but I ran it with 75+ FPS maxed :p

You will run it fine since you are only at 720p. That gpu is even a bit overkill for that resolution. CPU is really good, but for some absurd reason the are recommending an i7, although all it has is hyper threading, not more cores even. I'm sure your CPU will be up to the task. If it's not...then A LOT of people are gonna have a hard time running it.
