I still can't make up my mind !

what will I choose ? I want the CPU that will run all games at ultra, it will be paired up with GTX 760

but I am afraid that i5 will nor be suffice, I am worried about FX cause of its shitty single-threaded performance.

what will I choose ? I will : game, record (I dunno upload to youtube ?) and some programming.

EDIT :

If I ever choose the FX I will overclock .

Solution
As above.

i5 4570, no contest. Even when all 8 threads of the FX can be utilised the 4570 will still match or beat it in many an instance.
It would take an extreme overclock for the FX-8320 to touch the i5-4570 in most games, and even then the heat and power consumption of the FX would be much higher, and the extra money on an OC-ready motherboard and cooler would negate the price advantage of the FX.

I'd go for the i5-4570.

The i5-4570.
If you have to overclock the 8320, you will need a motherboard with good power, a proper cooler, and the price will end up matching pretty much.

If you could, a Xeon E3 1230 v3 might be an alternative, 4 cores, 8 threads, slightly less cache than i7 and no IGPU. You get an i7 4770 with lower clocks, and no integrated graphics.
