What is better for a build just over £700

I am going to be building a pc just over £700 what one is better. The pc will be for gaming.

It really depends what games are you going to be playing, Not many games support mantle at the moment, but I will pick the Intel-Nvidia setup. Both are good but it's just my personal opinion.

Much better in my opinion, now we are talking about a high end PC. Intel's are great processors and do better in overall tasks, and that 770 is a beast, your PSU is fine since the 770 only uses 12v 42 amps on the single rail, and that PSU has 46 amps, if I was helpful please mark this answer as a solution.
