Hi. My PC configuration:
MoBo: AsusZ87-Pro
Processor: Intel i7-4770K
VC: Evga SuperClocked GTX770
PS: Corsair HX750
As I think, its enough, to suggest me, which type of UPS, or concrete UPS, I need to get? I need about 5-10 minutes to keep it up. Thanks in advance

as last two days, there was some power switching problems on whole building, as many times PC turned down suddenly. I afraid, that maybe, this problem, can damage motherboard, and other parts. 840$ for UPS ? o_O i need something around 50-100$, and if 10 minute is affect in price, it can be 3-4 mins minimum

The UPS mentioned by I7baby is unfortunately a simulated sine wave unit and not compatible with modern PSU's that are PFC (Power Factor Correction) which the Corsair HX750 is PFC active. You will have to jump to the other model that Cyberpower offers that's PFC compatible - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16842102132

I own the the 1500VA 900w model for over a year now and it's been great - at the desktop I have a run time of 30 minutes, this is of course a estimated time but none the less I was really happy when I was gaming one day when the power cut out for 3-4 minutes while I was in the middle of a exciting match, under moderate load the unit said I had 10 minutes of battery power left - I was able to carry on playing with no interruptions till the power came back on. Anyway I suggest get as much battery backup as the budget allows

The OP will have to decide if he wants to spend the money on a UPS with the criteria he wants , PFC compatible units are unfortunately more expensive.
