That is an interesting pairing there, a bargain level PSU with a high priced GPU seems weird.

If its the old CX 600 I wouldn't do it

But if you are WCing i assume you also intend to OC which means you should really step up to something with more power available and better voltage regulation. I would go for something like the XFX 650, it is meant to be a midtier unit and gives you better Voltage Regulation than the CX series is intended to. For a bit more though you can step up to its big brother which gives you more capacity, full modularity, excellent VReg, and very good ripple suppression for $20 more after MIR.
