So this month i will get a new gpu 770 for games like watch dogs bf4 ac4 etc. so will this cpu i5 3350p bottleneck the gpu ? I want to play the games on high ultra on 1440x900 monitor some options may be set to off like dynamic lights shadow etc so will it bottleneck hard cause i saw some reviews and they said that it need min i5 3570k or i5 4th series but for best performance it need i7 4th is this true? Also if i will have no problems what gpu should i get asus or palit? the palit have 3 fans and its cheaper but will the palit make more performance?

Don't worry about it. I had a GTX 460 that had a 6pin and 8 pin connector. I could overclock it. Then i upgraded to a GTX 660. It only has one 6 pin connector. It will not overclock. It is a much faster card than the GTX 460 and will run circles around it. So just remember when you are sizing up which card in the future to buy see what the power requirements are. More power means more overclocking potential. In the future when you look at upgrading again you can look at your choices with a new understanding.

You will be fine. Good luck!

Asus is considered possibly the most reliable, not sure about Palit as they don't seem to have much of a presence in my country.

The system requirements for Watchdogs are probably wrong. Barely anyone has i7s, if they made that a requirement for ultra settings they'd lose a lot of sales, and AAA devs generally can't turn a profit if they lose a lot of sales because their games cost so much to make. They need mainstream appeal, and they don't receive that if they have draconian system requirements.

Palit makes good GPUs. I have used them before. If you are not going to overclock then there is very little difference. Rule of thumb is that if the GPU only has one 6 pin connector it is not going to overclock very good. If it has two then it will overclock. You will need MSI Afterburner to overclock. The 3570P has a locked multiplier and will not overclock. However it is a strong CPU. If you are not going to overclock you don't need to upgrade. There is no real difference between the 3rd generation and 4th generation CPUs. In games you will not see a difference.

3350p? So the palit isn't good for overclock but what is that? making it faster? Or better in games? and what will be the fps difference between overclocked 770 palit and none overclocked?

The information I gave you was for reference. Both GPUs need two power connectors so both will overclock. A company like EVGA sells superclocked GPUs which are overclocked right out of the box. That's what I would get. Both support GPU boost which will kick in on high demanding games. The difference in gameplay is about 5fps.
