Would you want a SSD or a HDD ? SSDs are a lot faster in everything, but they are more expensive. There are SSDs under 100 euros, but probably 60-240 GB only
Here's the thing: I need an SSD (160gb-250gb) and HDD

You could get a 120GB Samsung 840 Evo and a 1TB WD blue/black, but if the 840 Evo is overbudget then go cheaper and get the Sandisk Ultra Plus series instead

Well the WD caviar Blue series Hard drives aren't very expensive but they're very reliable. They're also usually cheaper since its a best seller, or at least in Amazon. But if you want 5 year warranty instead of 3 , and faster speeds, go for Caviar Black

Caviar green runs on 5400 rpm which is slower. So Caviar Blue is in the middle. I use a 500GB Caviar Blue HDD and I boot under 20 secs.
