Help me get a CPU cooler. suggest the best one around 50$ and not exceeding 100$.. I prefer water but I'll go with air if u advice. (Money tight)

right now I have one in mind but not so sure bout it.. It's the Corsair hydro H110

FMI i have 4670k with asrock extreme 6/AC and a mid tower case from CoolerMaster

temps at idle around 40~50 C
and bumping up to 70-78 C when gaming. (BF3,BF4,MWghost,TombRaider etc) so I'm a bit worried bout my temps. I'm using the default intel fan, My room is fully airconditioned but still not good enough to keep temps below 70 C or not more than 75 C which I think is ideal.

And also to add id like to OC to Atleast 4.0Ghz

I'm going to order it from amazon later this week.

Thx for help in advance.

thx for fast reply...okay taken as an option but Does any of you own hyper 212 evo? What your temp guys idle/heavy load .. Its amazon price is around 40-45$ I can still extend the budget beyond that though.

Any reasons not to go liquid if I can extend my budget?

i checked my PC just now and found out i wont be able to fit H110 or 100 or 100i radiator...
except
i think to that place (if you could see the photo of my PC posted above) that vertical division where my hard disks are attached. anyhow will it affect the effectiveness if i install the radiator upright? standing position.

sorry for my bad english.
