well start with removing the old driver from the Device manager. Select the camera, right click, and then click remove driver.

Then plug in the camera again, but rather than let windows install the driver, you can install the one from the website that you have downloaded, and then it should work. Driver issues are a pain, but most of the time, uninstalling/re-installing will do the trick. Let me know if this doesn't work.
