I can't find the dimensions for the hd7850, and ML05 is 350mm (W) x 99 mm (H) x 204 mm (D), http://www.silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=411 also I add two pictures for the 7850 and xfx 97 260x to compare their size. The 260x is 7.8" long, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150695 so you can see the hd7850 is too long for the case, it can't fit. You need find the card is shorter than 8" (about the 204mm) so that the card can fit into the ML05.
