I want to know if my MSI FM2-A85XA-G43 motherboard will be compatible with a GeForce GTX 750 or GeForce GTX 750 Ti

Solution
That has more than enough watts and amps on the +12v rail, you should be good to go. I am unable to find any reviews on that PSU by the big PSU testing sites (johnnyguru, harwaresecrets etc) so I can not vouch for the quality of that PSU, but technically, it does have the numbers (with lots of headroom) for the upgrade you are looking at.
Yes, it will fit in your motherboard provided one of it's PCI-E slots is empty. But just as important is whether or not your PSU is up for the task. You need about 400W PSU that can provide 20amps on the +12v rail. If you aren't sure, just give us your PSU make / model and we'll help decide if it's up for it.
