Get 2 sticks or 4 gb RAM.
That case is not from a good brand.
Caviar red is for RAID applications. Get a Western Digital Caviar Blue instead.
Everything else looks ok.

Is there a difference between 1 or 2 sticks of ram, i mean the motherboardhas only two slots and i wanted to upgrade it later to 12 gb or the 8gb works fine? I could replace the HDD with the WD black.

It it only has 2 slots, then it is OK to have 1 stick of 8 gb. It is impossible to get 12 gb, you can get 16 gb with 2 sticks of 8 gb.

Will the WD black do fine? Instead of the red one.

WD Black is their enthusiast hard drive, perfect for gamers and renderers.
