Hi,

I have a steam account now as I have recently built my pc, I was looking to buy GTA iv from ebay via a steam key, my question is does this key give me the full game to download, does anyone know if it will work with windows 8.1 64 bit and lastly I have 60mbs down speeds so how long do we think this will take, I assume steam servers are pretty good.

I've used eBay to buy game keys before and never had any problems. Just check the seller feedback. The one I bought from had 100% positive feedback.

With that speed I would say 1 hour max download time.

If it's a real key then yes, all you have to do is input the code and you can start downloading the game.

It should work in Windows 8, there's no reason it wouldn't.

And with that connection speed you should have it within a couple hours, though I don't know the full size of the download.
