Title says it all really..

Motherboard - Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3
PSU - Corsair CX750
CPU - Phenom II X4 965BE (Oc'd at 4GHZ)
Ram - 8GB DDR3 1600mhz
GPU - Radeon HD7950 3GB Boost Edition

Any replies will be of some help, thanks alot. If any upgrades necessary please do suggest, however I will not change CPU to intel simply because it's just too costly for me. Also, I want to play games such as Fifa 14, Battlefield 4, Batman Arkham, NFS Rivals, Thief, etc on High/Ultra settings at 720P.

Thanks guys

That PSU is nowhere close to overkill. Notice that the CPU is a Phenom II X4 and that it has been overclocked to 4GHz and the 7950, in itself will consume about 200W. on load. The CPU and the rest of the components will consume around 300W. On the contrary of what you stated, a 750W PSU should be what I'd call "In the safe zone".
A 700W or 650W should be what I would call "Just about enough". As of what I see, his rig will suffice at least till early 2015 for gaming.
