Okay.

I'm using a Local ISP, right now. They buy bandwidth from the Govt. and manage them by themselves. They give their customar a PPPoE username/password.
And they have a HFS Server in their control PC or something like that, I can access the server (192.168.0.3 and port 80, I guess) and download the files super-fast (9~10MB/s) ONLY when I plug in the WAN port directly to the PC.
But normally, I use a wireless router for the internet. So when I'm using the router, I can't access the server. I guess that's because it's routing through the wireless router. I tried adding virtual servers but it isn't working.

I can't really understand the situation here because I've never saw this kind of thing before when I was in the States (Oh I'm here for a few months).

So I want to access the server using the router, is it even possible?

(Sorry I couldn't explain that good, but if you guys need any more info, I'm ready to give them) Thanks :)

More info: If I go to http://192.168.100.1/, then I see a Mikrotik access panel, most probably my ISP's. But can't access the HFS. :(

And if you ask the ISP, what do they say?

You probably need to tell the router the PPPoE username/password. Let it log on to the upstream modem thing.

They are dumb, to be honest. They provides the connection to the PC, I cofigured PPPoE myself.

You mean the wireless router? Yes it is logged it, I can access the internet, but just not the HFS server my ISP is running only for their customers.

Ah. Well.....as clueless as they may be, you'd probably have to go through them to access.

I see. But they don't have an answer. I suppose the issue has something to do with the subnet mask or something like that.
