are my computer specs good enough for Overclocking:-)

Specs:
Cooler Master Elite 342 - Micro-ATX Sort
Seagate Desktop HDD ST1000DM003 - 3.5? SATA-600 1TB
Arctic Cooling Freezer i30 - 120mm
Kingston HyperX blu - 8GB DDR3 1600MHz PC3-12800 CL10
LiteOn iHAS124 - SATA Intern DVD±RW (±R DL) / DVD-RAM Sort
Kingston SSDNow V300 - 2.5? SATA-600 120GB
Cooler Master B600 - 600W 120 mm
Intel Core i5 4670K / 3.4 GHz Processor - LGA1150
MSI Z87-GD65 GAMING - ATX LGA1150
ASUS GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5 graphic card - 2GB

If it has the UEFI BiOS, it should set all of that automatically.

Like the user above said, I could keep voltage set automatically. Regarding stable clock speed, each chip is different, as well as the cooler...but you should have ZERO problem OC the 4670K to 4.3Ghz. Anything above 4.5Ghz (IMO) is where you may find yourself less lucky. Good luck!

Not at all...IF temps get above their thermal design limits, it will downclock. And if you can get a stable chip, youll likely crash your desktop. Again, these are more of a concern at higher clocks. At 4.3, you could probably have things stable on a reference cooler. You'll do great with your aftermarket solution.

I am using a Gelid Tranquillo on the 4770k I have in here and have it OC'd to 4.6 Ghz and it does fine. The Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO is a better air cooler than the one I have in here and would be a good choice.
