Hi
The answer has been given but you do not understand the basics
Windows runs on a PC processor
It can display on 99.99% of screens
But until the graphics card or integrated graphic chip driver is installed screen will run at very low resolution
Once graphics driver is loaded or installed the screen can be set to native or maximum resolution
Windows supports some graphics chips with built in drivers others come on driver disks or are downloaded from the internet web site of chipset maker or marketing company
Modern graphics cards , screens and drivers can exchange information so the specification of the screen can be determined by Windows .
