Your PSU is indeed not good, it uses cheap capacitors and is more likely to fail on you.
Your are paying a pretty hefty price though, it seems like you want 600W for your PSU, so I'll try to find something cheaper.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Power Supply: XFX 650W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($79.74 @ Amazon)
Total: $79.74
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Here is the absolute cheapest and best alternative, but if you have some extra money to spend on a semi-modular PSU for more organized cabling, (something that your CX600 isn't right now) then here is another good option.

Power Supply: SeaSonic 620W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($83.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $83.99

You could pay $100+ and get a fully-modular, gold-rated PSU but the ones I've listed will get the job done and are solid units.
Plus, I only recommend 80+ Gold and fully-modular supplies in higher wattages, such as people running SLI 780's and such.

Newegg.ca?

Well, it looks like you're in Canada. Well, I am too and I'll let you know something.
Everything over here is on a 25% markup compared to the US. I'll try to find you a good alternative for us Canadians.

Power Supply: Corsair Professional Gold 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($89.99 @ Memory Express)
Total: $89.99
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

It's from Memory Express, and I've ordered my GPU from there so it's reputable. They don't have this supply at Newegg Canada unfortunately, but ordering from Memory Express is easy, trust me.

If you really want to stick with Newegg Canada, and don't mind paying a premium just to be "organized", then this is your best choice.

Power Supply: SeaSonic S12II 620W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($94.98 @ Newegg Canada)
Total: $94.98
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

You're really losing out big though, because the other one is $5 cheaper, and is fully-modular and 80+ Gold certified. But it's your choice though, good luck!
