Hi,

Please suggest a suitable budget graphic card for this setup.

Processor : Intel Pentium D 820, 2.8 GHz
Memory : Kingston 2 GB DDR2 800 MHz
Mother board: Mercury G31
PCIe Version : 1.1
Current Graphics Card : GeForce 210 - 512 MB
Monitor : Samsung Sync Master 19" and Resolution is 1366 X 768
PSU - Nav Tech 450W

I am from India and my budget is Rs 4000. I play games like NFS, Assassin's Creed, Tomb Raider.

From what I'm aware of, the HD 7730 is the better performance, thus making it the better option.

I don't know the prices of cards in India, but for your build with the insanely limited RAM, and older CPU, I would recommend the GTX 750ti.
4000 RS is only about $60 in USD though, so you will have to save up until about $100 to be able to buy the card. Anything else below it, I would not personally recommend as it would be a waste for the games you're looking to play.

(You're going to be having to save atleast 6600 RS.)
