Your main priority should be your PSU right now.
I can make it as price-effective as possible though, so you can get your Case upgrade as soon as possible too.

Airflow is a major concern too, but the essential component which provides power to your parts is #1.
Here's the cheapest, most reliable and best option with 400W+.

Power Supply: XFX ProSeries 450W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (£35.34 @ Scan.co.uk)
Total: £35.34

It's 25 euro under your budget, and with an extra 10 euro or so you...

I recommend a good case, and a good PSU. I have a Zalman Z11 - good airflow, nice design. No problems with it yet. I also recommend a CiT power supply because they are one of the cheaper but reliable power supply manufacturers.

It's 25 euro under your budget, and with an extra 10 euro or so you can get a pretty nice mid-tower case.
Here's something I would recommend:

Total: £35.96
