IS this capable of playing swotor on low-medium settings ? and can someone tell me the difference between the two.

Both laptops run an integrated graphics, I dont think it will be playable at all to be honest, even if you run it at low settings with a low resolution, gameplay would not be good enough to be enjoyable.
