Run Watch Dogs & Record?

I want to do a LP on Watch Dogs when it is released but I want really good graphics and FPS when doing so, can my PC handle it while running ShadowPlay/Fraps/OBS etc?

My PC specs are;
i7 4770k @3.6GHz
Zotac Geforce GTX 760
32GB Corsair Vengeance Pro
Maximus VI Extreme

If not at Ultra setting then how high can I go for at 60fps while recording

You can run at least on High or Ultra with 60 FPS at 1080P since the Ultra requirements for the game is a GTX 670. You won't experience much of a drop in FPS is you're using ShadowPlay.

I'm only going to be running at 1366*768 or 1280*720 so realistically I should be fine
