Need an Overclocking Guide for Gigabyte AM3+ board.

I need a guide to overclock my 8350 on my gigabyte 990fxa ud3 (rev 3.0) board. I cant find any tutiorials that use the FC bios version. They all use the older and much much different ones.

My bios id is 8A02BG01

The bios version is FC

Do you know one that has the newest bios (FC)? That one uses an older one (it greatly differs from how mine is laid out).

Same here. I might get a new motherboard before I overclock because I don't know what anything is in mine.

At most I would spend $180 (but If I needed to go to $200, I might be able to). Though that doesn't mean I would like to spend that much. I would prefer something that has lots of dependable guides and that isn't difficult to find things or use (in bios). It would need to be equivalent or greater to what my board has. It also would have to go with a blue and black theme (if possible). I wont be doing any crazy overclocking. I would go up to something like 4.6 or 4.8 if possible (I have a Corsair h105, but I may upgrade to a 360mm all in one cooler).
